We are Firstread, Ltd. (“Firstread,” “we”, “us”, or “our”) and this is our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, share and secure your personal information and to assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you.

This Privacy Policy covers the personal information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us, including through the first-read.com domain name (the “Site”), and the services we may offer through the Site from time to time (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site and Services, you accept our Terms of Use and consent to our information collection, use, and disclosure practices, as described in this Privacy Policy. A. Information You Provide to Us

Account and Registration Information: When you register for an account to access or utilize one of our Services, we may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, instant messaging ID, and credit card information, as well as certain related information like your company's name and website name.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to any of the plans on our Site, we will collect your payment information. We use third-party payment providers to process payments related to the Services and so we may receive payment related information, which includes among others your billing address and transaction details, but we do not store these details directly.

Document Information: When you upload, manipulate or store documents through our Site or Services we may collect certain document metadata including the name, size, structure and type of the document, and the details of the users associated with such document.

When you visit and interact with any of our Services, we may collect information that includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, search history, locale and language preferences, identification of your devices, and system configuration information.

Unfortunately, although we make every attempt to secure our systems, we cannot guarantee the security of information given to us and we will not be liable for unauthorized disclosure to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.         Children’s Personal information

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any personal information through our Site or Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth below. If we discover we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will delete the account.

10.       California Privacy Notice

If you are a resident of California you may request (i) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed by us to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes; and (ii) a list of the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such information. To exercise a request, please write us at the email address and specify that you are making a “California Shine the Light Request”. We may require additional information from you to allow us to verify your identity and are only required to respond to requests once during any calendar year.

For purposes of the CCPA, we have collected the following categories of consumers’ personal information, and disclosed the personal information to the following categories of third parties for a business purpose, in the last 12 months:
